Over 18 years at a leading systems integrator in broadcast, media, and control room technology, I gained extensive international experience in systems integration and project management – spanning both engineering and sales.

Starting as a systems engineer, I advanced into project management, became head of department, CTO, and ultimately Managing Director for Technology and Sales. Along the way, I advised clients across diverse industries, collaborated with decision-makers at all levels, built experience in addressing sector-specific nuances and business challenges, and learned how to align global teams across company boundaries and cultures toward shared success. This journey shaped me into a trusted C-level executive, transformation leader, and expert in portfolio and program management.
